  1. As much as I appreciate your time towards this post, and with all due respect, this is a disgrace. It makes kids lazy, and doesn’t teach them coding!!! It SUPPOSED to prevent kids being couch cucumbers, but it makes them want to do this more. The controller app probably costs £2.99. Scratch costs…. Oh yes. Nothing!! You can do so much more with scratch!

    • Shahzeb, I do understand your point about the cost(!), but I think that having an external device that you can program instead of just on-screen instructions and simulations (eg Scratch), does have its place. It helps you make connections to the real world and to be more imaginative in your computational thinking. Other examples would be Sphero (which I think you can program via Scratch) or Lego Wedo.

  2. thats so cool its a bit like a beebot but you can use loops which you cant do with a beebot 😀 ;D

  3. This is an amazing toy- not toy, a learning toy!! I like the part where it takes the cookies to the right person/people. I want one of those so that I can dance with it! I think it uses Bluetooth to connect from the phone to the robot.

  4. I like the codie it’s a fun way to program and you can make obstacle courses and can make it go through it. 😮
